Premium removes the limits. Unlimited messages, video recordings instead of audio only, more storage, the end-to-end encrypted vault and access to your AI Clone. The three payment forms differ only in rhythm, not in what you get: per month if you want to try it out at your own pace, per year if you want it cheaper, or once for lifetime if you never want to think about it again.
